Lose weight in 2 weeks by boosting your metabolism with the right foods, eating habits, and exercise. If you are not already doing some of the things highlighted there then it will be a shock, but you can do it!

  • Eat smaller portions.
  • Eat six times per day.
  • Don’t skip breakfast!
  • Do interval or intensive cardio
  • Do intense strength training (this doesn’t mean lifted the heaviest weights).
